No live arrival guarantee on plants, insect, or insect cultures is available. Sorry there is just to many thing out of our control to offer this service. We really want them to arrive alive and well just as you do! Jungle Jewel Exotics reserves the right to delay any package to due severe weather along the packages shipping route. Addition shipping charges to winterize or summer proof that package may be requested, shipments may be delayed as a result. Should something go wrong with your shipment please contact Jungle Jewel Exotics immediately. Jungle Jewel Exotics may replace the culture, however new shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser. If the customer dismisses free replacement, only a store credit will be offered or issued
Jungle Jewel Exotics attempts to provide detailed and accurate information though our website, emails and other communications. However Jungle Jewel Exotics and its employees cannot be held liable for any damages or losses though mishandling, misuse, inaccuracy or misinterpretation. Live guarantee is only available on amphibians or reptiles shipped via major airlines. No live arrival guarantee on plants, insect, or insect cultures is available. Any grievances must be filled within 12 hours of the arrival time of the shipment. We will do our best to package the animals in the safest ways possible for air travel. We ask that you do not open the box until you are home and it is safe to do so.
Animals that arrive dead or damaged via air transport and can be proved, the customer then qualifies for free replacement. We do not cover new shipping fees. If the customer dismisses free replacement, only a store credit will be offered or issued. In some cases we reserve the right to request a necropsy. Please note we do not refund. All sales at trade shows, picked up or delivered by Jungle Jewel Exotics are final. No trades or refunds are available. It is the responsibility of the customer during these transactions to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality and or apparent health of their purchase. We take great care in ensuring that all live animals are sold/shipped are outwardly healthy and thriving. (We want them to arrive safe as much as you do) By paying for your order, the purchaser accepts and understands that the transfer of live animals from our care to their care also represents a transfer of responsibility. Jungle Jewel Exotics makes no guarantee to the long term health of animals or their reproductive success, as husbandry variables that contribute to the long term success and wellbeing of the animals is completely out of our control once they leave our care.
If you purchase an item that comes with a manufacture warranty and you require assistance, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact the manufacture as set out in their Terms and Conditions. Please refer to their instructions or packaging when you receive the item. It is the purchasers responsibility to register for any warranties that require them to do so.
